Healthy Breakfast Pizza

What You Need


1 Gluten Free Wrap 

4 Eggs

2 Large Tomatoes Chopped

50g Chopped Ham

10g Feta Crumbled 

1 1/2 tsp Chili Powder 

1 tsp Chili Flakes

1. Pre heat the oven to 170c

2. Add the wrap to a large frying pan 

3. Crack the eggs onto the wrap, and add the tomatoes, ham and feta – being careful not to break the yolks 

3. Cook for 12 minutes

4. Once cooked, take out and sprinkle over the chilli flakes 

5. Enjoy! 


A mix between a frittata and pizza, a great way to start the day, being high in protein. 

It can be easily be made vegetarian by omitting the ham and swapping it for more veg. 

We accompanied it with a simple side salad, with lettuce and olive oil.
