How can we help?

  • Are all the products gluten free?
    Yes, all of our products are 100% gluten free. It is a requirement of all products stocked, so you don’t have to check the label!
  • How long will it take for my order to arrive?
    We work our hardest to get your order to you ASAP. We currently are using royal mail, you have the option at checkout to choose first or second class.
  • What happens if I don’t receive my order?
    Depending on whether you choose first or second class delivery, please wait the given time for your item to come. If you haven’t received it after the date given, please email us and we will organise another order.
  • What is the postage and packing cost?
    This will be calculated at checkout. You have the option to choose first or second class postage.
  • How do I make repeat orders?
    Once you login, you can click on your account page and see your previous orders.
  • What is your returns policy?
    We don’t offer returns, due to the nature of the product. However, if an order is damaged or incorrect then we will offer a new order to be sent out. Please refer to our refund policy for more details.
  • I can’t login
    Please email us, and we will sort this for you.
  • Technical issues

    We are only human, and things can go wrong! If you spot an error on the site, please email us and we will try and fix it.

  • Why do you have a minimum order?
    We have a minimum order of £10, as sending single items can have a negative environmental impact.
  • Covid 19
    We do everything we can to make sure the products we supply are as safe as possible. To do this we only have one person picking and packing items, to minimise the risk.
