GFF Smash Salad

What You Need

Instructions

200g Feta Cheese

200g Cherry Tomatoes 

1 Ripe Avocado

10g Finely Chopped Corriander 

2 Tbsp Pitted Black Olives

Glug Olive Oil

Sprinkle Chili Flakes

 Salt 

Pepper 

1. Chop all of the ingredients 

2. Put everything together in a bowl and season with the salt and pepper 

3. Mix with a spoon until the everything becomes creamy 

4. Enjoy! 

Notes

This is our take on the traditional tricolore salad. The avocado and feta compliment each other so well and mix together to create a creamy dressing. 

We recommend using good quality olive oil as it makes a huge difference. 

This is a quick and easy lunch but also makes a perfect side salad for meat, seafood or pasta.
