100g Chopped Trimmed Kale
Large Pinch Salt
1 Tbsp Hot Smoked Paprika
1. Pre heat an oven at 150C
2.Line a baking tray with parchment paper
3. Wash and pat dry the kale
4. Spread the kale evenly in the baking tray
5. Sprinkle over salt and hot smoked paprika
6. Put in the oven for 15-18minutes, until crisp and starting to brown
7. Enjoy!
Notes

This is a sublime alternative to crisps. They taste amazing, and 1 of your 5 a day.
They are great on their own or to sprinkle on top of buddha bowls, or salads. We have used hot smoked paprika, but you can flavour it with whatever spices you like.

We do recommend eating these the same day, as they aren’t as crisp the next day.
