Honeyrose started at the turn of millennium and is London’s oldest organic cake bakery. We bake everything by hand, in small batches so our Master Bakers can focus on each mix. We take pride in what we produce and derive great satisfaction from preserving time-honoured baking skills. We use fine organic ingredients and gluten-free flours, using recipes we have sometimes worked on for years (and nothing new is ever released without Lise’s – our Founder – sharp assessment).
Honeyrose has grown from just Lise doing everything, including deliveries on her Vespa, to become an Award-winning bakery supplying customers across the UK, Europe, USA and Asia. Our Honeyrose magic is also in some global brands we selectively bake for. Our batches are small, but our ambitions are big and standards are very high: we bake to the highest technical standards, at BRC Grade A. We are certified Organic, and our gluten-free baking is regularly laboratory certified to “below limits of quantitation”.
